How do I feel...??

Sometimes the toughest thing about feelings is sharing them with others. Sharing your feelings helps you when your feelings are good and when they aren't so good. Sharing also helps you to get closer to people you care about and who care about you. When people talk about feelings, they sometimes use word "emotions"..

You can't tell your friends what's inside your backpack if you don't know what's in there yourself. Feelings are the same way. Before you can share them with anyone, you have to figure out what feelings you have.

When you're trying to figure out your feelings, it might help to remember something that happened and think about how it made you feel. Then you can say, "arrgghhh..am I not good enough?? or "why I have to face this dissapoinment?"..this can help to figure out your own feelings. It also gives the person you're talking with more information about what's bothering you.

Sadness is a feeling - it's one of the many normal human emotions, or moods, we all have. Sadness is the emotion people feel when they've lost something important, or when they have been dissapointed about something, or when something sad has happened to them or to someone else.

When you are sad, the world may seem dark and unfriendly. You might feel like you have nothing to look forward to. The hurt deep inside may crush your usually good mood.

Few days ago I tried to figure out what feelings I have after I was being informed that I failed in the interview....(for the IT Specialist Course (scholarship) as I mentioned in my blog earlier). I mean it was not easy to say I don't feel anything..as a human of course I do feel something..sad,feeling down,dissapointed...everything....but hey, everyone gets sad...it's a normal feelings for normal people...and as a muslim I can't let myself being carried away with those feelings...I have tried my very best but it was something I have to accept... something that has been destined for me.

Sometimes when your mood is sad, ,you just feel like being alone for a little while. Or you might want someone to comfort you or just keep you company while you go through the sad feeling. Talking about what has made you sad usually helps the sad feelings melt away.

When sadness starts to go away, it can feel like a heavy blanket is being lifted from your shoulders... Then, you can put a smile on your face..
