Last Wednesday, I went to Le Meridien hotel in KL Sentral with colleagues. We were invited for a special dinner to celebrate an evening of culinary indulgence by award winning chefs...Le Meridien sent an invitation card to few of us, the member of Starwood hotel 2 weeks ago...we were allowed to extend the invitation to other colleagues and friends..We arrived there at 6:45 p..the event started at 7p and was held at Al Nafourah (Middle Eastern Restaurant)...approx.60 ppl attended..there were many dish prepared for us from middle east to japanese...the event was hosted by Mr Martin, the General Manager of Le Meridien...he briefed about the food for 10 mins before we were invited to have a dinner..I had strawberry & marshmallow with chocolate dip as a starter..then followed by Japanese,middle east,chinese and not to be missed,malay food like satay and ketupat with Kuah Kacang...nothing much I can say about the food,it was great...no wonder they won the award...but I enjoyed Japanese food the most as it always my passion..Hope there will be more invitation for us in the future.
Before we left the hotel,each of us received a complimentary voucher of 2D 1N for 2 in Deluxe room at Le Meridien...I will definitely use this voucher soon..thanks so much to Le Meridien and not forgetting to Ms Geline for putting us in top list of invitation... :>
Arrived home at 10p,took a shower and went to bed...
